What data and why
The form uses dates and number of guests only to compose the message on your device: the website does not receive or save them. If you send the message, we process the data you give us (name, contact details, dates, requests) to reply and manage your stay. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps or performance of the contract.
The server hosting the website may log technical data such as the IP address, for security and operation.
Recipients and retention
Messages go through the service you choose, WhatsApp or email, run by providers that may process data outside the European Union under their own rules. We do not sell data. We keep it as long as needed to manage the request and the stay and to meet legal obligations.
Cookies and external resources
The website uses no cookies and loads fonts from its own server. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and maps lead to external websites with their own policies.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing, by writing to alteatrorooms@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
